challenge
Going to the doctor can be a hassle. It disrupts your day, it may cost you lost wages at work, and the worst of all, you still have to pay for your copay and cover your deductible.
The task was set very clear and detail, like a doctor’s prescription, to develop a mobile application that will handle the remote doctor visit.
Process
The first thing that we had to do was technical documentation writing and coming up with the project architecture. Three main parts were obvious: client side, doctor side, and admin panel with payments. The project ran smoothly through all the processes steps that are gathering the data, wireframing, design, and actual development.
DOCTOR SIDE
Besides obvious functions like video chat and messaging, doctors in DocChat are also able to diagnose from within the app using built-in diagnostic tools (pulse, oxygenation, blood pressure, etc.) and get prescriptions delivered to the user's local pharmacy automatically for same day pickup.
CLIENT SIDE
Patients are able to take a prescription within the application and set hours to not forget when to take medicine. Doctors are following the patient’s results and notified if the health conditions have changed.

Video conferencing within providing real-time consultation to various categories of patients to improve treatment accuracy. Online appointments for providing medication advice (drug interaction, medication adjustment needs).
